The Law Office of Ashley-Nicole Russell is the first Collaborative Family Law practice located in Greenville, NC.
Collaborative Family Law is a new way for you to respectfully resolve disputes surrounding your divorce without going to court. In this process, each individual is represented by an attorney. The attorneys and the divorcing couple work collaboratively to reach thorough divorce settlements that address the needs of every family member, especially children involved.
In the Collaborative divorce process, we help you take the unknown out of your divorce by empowering to communicate your needs more effectively and make sound decisions about the future for yourselves and your children. We also offer a set fee so that there is no uncertainty as to the cost of your separation agreement and divorce.
Collaborative Family Law is aimed at minimizing the consequences of an adversarial divorce process that has destructive effects on divorcing individuals and their children. The process provides legal representation and support for each individual while coordinating problem-solving and addressing long and short term goals for the family.
